OPI Can't-berra Without You and Essie Lacy, not Racy

The Can't-berra is utterly neutral. Lacy is so not. I wish it took less than three coats to get either of these opaque. I want a creamy, opaque pale color. I wonder if Rescue Beauty Lounge will have one?
